Rita McHorgh received her certification as a law clerk in 1973 in Windsor and worked as a law clerk in real estate and estates before moving to Toronto in 1974. Through the years she has worked as a law clerk in various areas of law including construction lien and civil litigation. Since 1988 she has worked primarily in the field of family law.
