Paul Slan has practised in the area of family law for 28 years. He is a former Chair of the Family Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association, and has taught family law in the Bar Admission Course for many years.
Mr. Slan is also a senior mediator/arbitrator in the area of family law. He serves as a Dispute Resolution Officer for the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto and is a member of the Child Representation Panel for the Office of the Children's Lawyer.
Mr. Slan has given numerous lectures and written several articles for the legal profession. He has appeared in all levels of courts and over fifty of his cases have been reported.
