Many of our family law matters begin with an informal meeting between parties and their counsel to establish and resolve, where possible, any outstanding issues. Our role in mediation is to truly counsel our clients. We will help you understand the dynamics of conflict and the process itself. Our mediation counsel will work with you to help devise a strategy by way of settlement.
