Filing for Divorce in Ontario from outside Canada

Hello. I hope you can help me with my question.
I am a Romanian citizen living in Romania. I am married to a canadian citizen(not having any contact with him for more than 3 years). We only lived together for a few months, then I moved back to Romania. I want to get a simple, uncontested divorce in Ontario. Can I download all the papers, sign and date them and mail them over to relatives in Ontario so that they take them to court and file the papers?(Can relatives file my papers on my behalf?).
What should I do with the Affidavit of Divorce, since it must be signed in front of a judge/notary public etc?
Some papers like:Registration of divorce proceeding are only available at court, not online. Can my relative fill it in and sign it?

You can apply as long as your husband has been ordinarily resident in Ontario for the past year. You do not need to file the application in person, once you have signed it. The affidavit should be sworn by the proper official in Romania. I caanot say for sure whether the court will accept it, but I suspect that they will. I do not think that there are any other documents that are required, except for your marriage certificate.
