Access to children 60/40

If I have kidz sleepover 6 nights a month and 8 dinners a month of about 20 hours. Is that less than 40% ? Or do the dinners count as my days & can be considered as 40%?

There is no easy answer on this issue. Generally the court will look at the total hours in the month and then at the number of hours they are under each parent's supervision.
